Graduate Portfolio Project

So recently in advisory, we have been working on the Graduate Portfolio project. The point of the project is to reflect on the past academic year and to tell people how you felt you have grown to fit our Graduate Profile. Each year, the project varies in terms of what needs to be done. 

This year as a sophomore, I had to write an essay on a global citizen and how I fit into the categories of our graduate profile. 

Many people dislike this project because they feel that it creates unnecessary stress especially when there are finals, regents, and AP Exams coming up. 

This is the space where I want to hear other people's opinions on this topic.      

Why Have an E-Portfolio??

A general portfolio is used to exhibit a students growth through various assignments that have been done over the course of the school year.  Through the use of a portfolio, people are able to see what kind of worker you are. 

Through the use of an e-portfolio, a person can show any and all accomplishments that they have done in their life. A person can also use an e-portfolio to talk abut many different topics that seem important to them such as Global Warming, Poverty, and deforestation. 

I'm going to use my e-portfolio to show my future employers and future colleges what type of a hard worker and person of good character I am.
